Why BLXCKNODE?

BLXCKNODE is inspired by years of other projects that our founder has made all bundled into one, which is reflected in our brand name and logo. We want to bring the inspiration of all our founders past projects into one unified product.

What exactly do you do?

BLXCKNODE is a place where we can have the freedom to do many things all-in-one for example our homepage is a place where you can search the web as well as view the latest tech based news all aggregated in one place, plus we also have a shop where you can get awesome tech products from us as well as some of our merch! along with all of this we also do software development via our services so we are always doing things that align with the borders of technology as a whole.

Why can't I return an item?

We currently don't offer returns at the moment, but this will change as time goes on. Please check out our socials to stay up to date.

Why did my package come in a different box or envelope?

We use multiple manufacturers to ship out the products that is listed for sale at this time.

Why is the price so high?

The price you see includes both the cost of the item and the shipping costs. This is why it may seem high, but it's because we include shipping in the total price.

Why do you only ship in the USA?

BLXCKNODE is located in the USA, so it makes sense for us to ship here. Additionally, there are associated fees for international shipping. However, this might change in the future please check out our socials to stay updated.

How can I track my package?

We send you an order number after each purchase. You can email us at blxcknode@gmail.com with your order number, and we can send you tracking updates on your package for you.

My product arrived damaged. How can I get a replacement or return it?

If your product arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible either via our contact page or via our socials. If we determine that the damage was caused during shipping and not due to misuse or intentional damage, we will issue a refund. However, if we find that the damage was self-inflicted, we will not provide a refund, as we do not support fraudulent or spam-related refund claims.

What sizes do you offer for your clothing?

We offer a range of sizes from (Small) to (XL) to fit different body types. Please check our sizing on each product page.

Why do you do unisex sizing ?

We use a unisex sizing model on all our clothing. We do this to reduce sizing issues and ensure everyone can enjoy our products.

Why are all your clothing products black?

We’ve chosen black as the main color for our clothing products because it’s versatile, stylish, and easy to mix and match with any wardrobe. Black also gives a sleek and timeless look that fits our brand’s aesthetic.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes! We occasionally run sales and offer discount codes. Follow us on social media to stay updated.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times vary depending on the product, but most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after purchace. Shipping times will depend on your location.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items may be restocked, while others are limited editions. Follow us on social media for updates on restocks.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes may not be possible depending on the item. Please email us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
